Craig Alaimo is the Owner of Village Health Network and Country Village Assisted Living, located in Casco, Maine.
Craig attended the University of New Hampshire, Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He is licensed as a Multi-Level Healthcare Administrator in Maine and holds a Nursing Home Administrator’s license in Massachusetts.
Craig began his career in senior care at age 18 when he began volunteering at a Nursing Home in Dover, NH next to the high school he attended. Soon after, he began a summer job as a Dietary Helper at the York Senior Center in York, ME. During college, Craig began his first internship at The Edgewood Centre located in Portsmouth, NH and it is here that Craig gained valuable knowledge on the operational portion of senior care and worked on various projects for the home, along with being active in the activity program. After graduating from college, Craig started an Administrator-In-Training program and after completion, he became a Nursing Home Administrator for Genesis Healthcare. As a Nursing Home Administrator for Genesis Healthcare at nursing homes in MA and ME, Craig built the foundation on which he bases his knowledge today and holds valuable the experiences and opportunities that he was exposed to while a team member with the company.
In 2018, Craig became the Owner of Country Village Assisted Living in Casco, ME, a provider of Assisted Living services in the Sebago Lakes Region. After a few years of successful ownership, Craig saw a growing need for other services related to the senior care population and thus Village Health Network was started to expand the services offered to seniors in Maine.
Craig is proud of the services that his businesses provide to its community and greatly appreciates all of the hard-working staff and the loving care they provide to our seniors.
